PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image conversion panel that has high graininess and low performance reduction by moisture absorption, and can be used in a good state for a long time, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The radiation image conversion panel has a photostimulable phosphor layer having photostimulable phosphor. The photostimulable phosphor layer contains a silane coupling agent and hydrophilic particulates except for photostimulable phosphor, and the photostimulable phosphor is polyhedron particles.
