PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic combustion control system capable of introducing high-grade ACC into a small-scale refuse incineration facility without a boiler facility, and enabling proper combustion control or energy saving in continuous operation. SOLUTION: This combustion control system of a refuse incinerator is equipped with a generated heat control system for estimating generated heat in the refuse incinerator based on algorithm determined beforehand, and controlling the generated heat by adjusting a stoker rate in each zone based on heat deviation between estimated generated heat and a generated heat target value. The generated heat control system includes a refuse layer thickness controller for setting the stoker rate in each zone by various information such as a stoker temperature in each zone, the refuse layer thickness, a combustion position or a burnout point, and the generated heat target value; and a correction means for correcting the stoker rate in each zone set by the refuse layer thickness controller based on the heat deviation and the various information.
