PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device of a fluid controller capable of being simply mounted even on the existing fluid controller. SOLUTION: The locking device of the fluid controller restricts an operating portion 4 of a fluid passage on-off valve to open and close a fluid passage 3 formed in a body 2 of the fluid controller 1. The locking device of the fluid controller is comprised of a mounting substrate 7 connected to the body 2 via an inserting body 6 inserted into a through hole 5 formed in the body 2 by regulating the circumferential movement, and a locking body 8 rotatably connected to the mounting substrate 7 to regulate the movement of the operating portion 4 in the lock rotation position.
