PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas release prevention device capable of improving the reliability of operation. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a cylindrical outer tube 1, a cylindrical sleeve 13 having a inner circum surface of lower friction than the outer tube, and an inner tube 3. An end side opposite to the sleeve 1 of a through hole 5 of the outer tube functions as a gas flow passage 5a and a bottomed hole of the inner tube functions as a gas flow passage 7, and a connection flow passage 9 connecting the gas flow passage 7 and the gas flow passage 5a is included. A first seal member 29 shutting off the flow of gas between the connection flow passage and the gas flow passage 5a by abutting on the inner circumference surface of the sleeve when the inner tube is drawn out of the outer tube is attached on the end surface side of an end shut off from an opening of the connection flow passage of the outer circumference surface of the inner tube. A second seal member 31 abutting on the inner circumference surface of the sleeve in a state that the inner tube is pushed into the outer tube and preventing the leak of gas to the outside by sliding to the inner circumference surface of the sleeve when the inner tube is moved in the direction of drawing out of the outer tube is attached to the sleeve side of the opening of the connection flow passage.
