PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine power generation system capable of attaining high output and high efficiency under a condition of reducing a supply water quantity, by reducing a design change in a gas turbine. SOLUTION: A fine droplet sprayer 11 is arranged in an upstream side intake chamber 22 of an air compressor 2, and a humidifier 7 is arranged for humidifying high pressure air coming out of the compressor 2. A regenerator 5 is arranged for heating the humidified air with gas turbine exhaust gas as a heat source. Thus, there are the motive power reducing effect of the compressor 2 and the output increasing effect by humidification of combustion air 20, and since the quantity of fuel being used can be reduced by adopting a regenerating cycle, power generation efficiency is improved.
