PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing bonbon having a long and narrow decoration. SOLUTION: This method for producing the bonbon comprises using a mold (1) having at least one deepened part (3), setting an opening (4) on the wall of the deepened part, setting a long and narrow decoration (5) through the opening (4) on the wall so that one far end (6) of the long and narrow decoration extends to the inside of the deepened part (3), and then pouring a fixed quantity of molten chocolate (7) into the deepened part (3), and cooling the chocolate (7) so as to form the bonbon having the long and narrow decoration (5) charged into the chocolate (7) on the far end (6) after the chocolate (7) coagulates.
