PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily grasp a tilt angle adjusting direction of a reflection mirror for displaying a virtual image of a vehicle. SOLUTION: Upper and lower mark display regions A3 and A5 for light-emitting and displaying an arrow mark is arranged near a main information display region A1 of a TFT liquid crystal panel 51 so that a virtual image of the arrow mark for guiding the adjusting direction of the vertical tilt angle of a third reflection mirror 31 required for making the angle to be the suitable angle so that the virtual image of the image taken by an infrared camera 21 and displayed in the main information display region A1 of the TFT liquid crystal panel 51 of a light-emitting and display source 5 can be virtually recognized on the third reflection mirror 31 throughout it along the vertical direction is virtually recognized on the third reflection mirror 31 in the state when the vertical tilt angle of the third reflection mirror 31 reflecting image light of the image of a vehicle front part taken by the infrared camera 21 to an eye point IP side of an occupant and capable of adjusting the tilt angle so deviates on the third reflection mirror 31 that the virtual image of the image taken by the infrared camera 21 cannot be virtually recognized at all.
