<p>Disclosed herein are various novel oxazolidinone, imidazolidinone, and thiazolidinone analogs and methods of treating cancer and/or microbial infection using these analogs. Particular 4-oxazolidinone compounds are shown to have anti-cancer and anti-microbial activity.</p>
