The procedure and the facility enable the production of secondary fuel from a great variety of industrial, municipal and household wastes. Wastes enter the facility on three different input locations, depending on their kind. On the input location bunker (A), mixed household wastes, organic wastes and sludge with more than 80 parts of moisture in percentage of mass are entering the process, from bunker (B) lumpy wastes and from bunker (C) paper, cardboard, plastics and textile from industry or separate collection. The production system for recovery of secondary fuel is a mechanical procedure based on crushing, metal separation, removal of unpleasant odour by ozonation and mixing of raw materials recovered from wastes into a fuel. The production process is based on grinding of starting raw materials to the final grain size 20 mm and their sorting with regard to the type of material. Thus sorted material is stored in special charging bunkers and is mixed subsequently in a certain internal proportion into the final fuel, which may be in the form of pellets or in a loose consistency. Part of the fuel is consumed for the self-supply of the production system with heat and electrical energy or for composting as another option.
|
