<p>The didactic traffic light kit with programmable switch solves the problem of providing a simply detachable traffic light assembly, which provides reliable operation and suitable rigidity of the enclosure. The shape of the components enables a direct assembly of the traffic light enclosure without any additional linking elements. The components can be - depending on the version - machine cut from 290 g cardboard or made from folding thin panels from man-made material approx. 0.3 mm thick. The assembly of the traffic light enclosure is carried out by putting the individual components (1, 2, 5, 8, 11, 14, 18, 23, 25, 26, 27, 28) together, which are then linked to result in the complete construction. Regarding the different types, there are two possible procedures for assembling the components or construction itself. The components can be linked by gluing or application of snap-on foldovers (3, 6, 40). The electric conductors (29) link the power source, the programmable switch and light elements inside the assembly. The accessibility and transparency of the applied electrical wiring is provided not only in the final phase but also during all intermediate assembly phases individually with the option of providing insight into components, which the electrical conductors are passing through.</p> |
