<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fish culture feed having effect of quickening growth speed of cultured fish and shellfish and making fish and shellfish healthy, and excellent in feed efficiency, and to provide safe cultured fish and shellfish through suppressing lipoperoxide content of the cultured fish and shellfish. <P>SOLUTION: (1) The fish culture feed is mixed with barley young leaves. (2) An additive for the fish culture feed contains barley young leaves. (3) A raising method for the cultured fish and shellfish comprises feeding the fish culture feed described in (1). (4) A raising method for the cultured fish and shellfish comprises feeding the additive for the fish culture feed described in (2). (5) The cultured fish and shellfish are raised by the raising method described in (3).
