<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a conference supporting system in which communication state of voice and image information can be set depending on a communication partner. <P>SOLUTION: In a remote conference relaying a plurality of places or being configured by one to many, only a part of specific partners can be served, and a picture or voice data of conversation is not transmitted to other participants of conference.
