APPARATUS, PROGRAM AND METHOD FOR ALLOCATING CREW

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the preparation of a crew operation arrangement plan which is a result of allocating crews to a vehicle arrangement plan.

SOLUTION: The crew allocation apparatus 2 is provided with: means 3a, 3b for acquiring rule data 13 expressing a rule for allocating crews to the operation of an unallocated train, arrangement plan data 19 expressing train operation for restoring trouble and item data 14 expressing check items of results of allocating the crews to the train operation; a means 4 for preparing operation arrangement plan data 15 expressing results of allocating the crews to the operation of the unallocated train in the arrangement plan data 19 in accordance with the contents of the rule data 13; a means 6 for acquiring changed content data 35 for instructing the allocation of other crews in train operation in the operation arrangement plan data 15; a means 7 for preparing the changed operation arrangement plan data 20; and a means 5 for preparing checked result data 21 expressing a result of determination whether the allocated result satisfies the check items of the item data 14 or not in the operation arrangement plan data 15 or the changed operation arrangement data 20.
