<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can obtain low manganese soil generated by water purification by carrying out the operation control of a water purification process and a wastewater treatment process in the present water purification plant from a viewpoint of the generated soil. <P>SOLUTION: In a water purification process, liquid to be treated to which a coagulant, or a coagulant and an oxidizing agent have been injected is made to flow into a sedimentation pond, and outflow water from the sedimentation pond, to which an oxidizing agent is injected according to the injection state of the oxidizing agent to the liquid to be treated, is made to flow into a filter basin at the downstream side. The operation control of the process is carried out so that turbid matter settled in the sedimentation pond, and turbid matter contained in detergent drain of the filter basin are separated and recovered respectively to obtain plural kinds of soil generated by the water purification, different in manganese concentration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
