<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing method which can form a paste layer to an even thickness following the uneven surface of a printing substrate, and a solar cell manufactured using this method. <P>SOLUTION: This screen printing method is to apply a paste material to the printing substrate with an uneven surface where an uneven part is regularly formed. In addition, a screen mask is arranged on the uneven surface of the printing substrate so as not to make a line Lk (or Mk) forming the regular recessed part coincide with a wire Xk (or Yk) forming the screen mask, and the paste material is printed on the uneven surface of the printing substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
