PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve identification accuracy for identifying an object by using an image obtained, by photographing the object with a photographing apparatus. SOLUTION: An image photographed by a photographic part 11 is stored in a photographed image storage part 12. A target photographic state storage part 21 stores target photographic state information for indicating the target photographic state of an object to be photographed. An induced attitude deciding part 22 refers to the image stored in the photographed image storage part 12 and the target photographic state information, to decide on how to make the attitude of the object to be photographed rotated which is photographed by the photographic part 11.
