PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer control device capable of efficiently achieving state transition control, and to provide an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The data transfer control apparatus comprises: a state execution circuit 230 for executing the processing of first to N-th states for state control; a transfer controller 50 for controlling data transfer on the basis of the execution result of each state processing; a command register 210 in which a state transition execution command is set; and a control circuit 220 for decoding the state transition execution command and controlling the state execution circuit 230 on the basis of the decoded result. When a continuous state transition execution command for continuously transiting states from the L-th state (1≤L≤N) up to the M-th state (1≤M≤N) is set in the command register, the control circuit 220 controls the state execution circuit 230 to continuously execute the processing of a plurality of states from the L-th state up to the M-th state.
