PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring reagent for a measured material, containing a carrier having an inherent coupling material fixed to the measured material which prevents inherent coupling material from peeling (dissociated) from the carrier, while the measuring reagent is preserved, prevents the sensitivity of the measuring reagent from deteriorating, stabilizes the measuring reagent, and acquires accurate measuring result of the measured material over a long time. SOLUTION: The measuring reagent for the measured material, containing the carrier having the inherent coupling material fixed to the measured material, makes positive ions and negative ions exist at 100 mM or more together with the carrier, having the inherent coupling material fixed with respect to the material to be measured.
