PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watt-hour meter adaptor unit excellent in work easiness under a power non-interruption condition, and capable of preventing an electric wire from being damaged, when replacing or repairing a watt-hour meter. SOLUTION: This watt-hour meter adaptor unit comprising an instrument side connection component 20 and a terminal side connection component 40 is connected between the watt-hour meter 10 for measuring an electric power consumption and a power source side electric wire 60/a load side electric wire 61. Those are connected each other to bring an electric continuity condition of the watt-hour meter 10, when measuring the electric power consumption. The instrument side connection component 20 is disengaged with the terminal side connection component 40 in replacing work. The instrument side connection component 20 has a switch terminal 22 to be attached or detached easily to the terminal side connection component 40. The terminal side connection component 40 has switch structure provided with a by-pass route in its inside, and the by-pass route is brought into continuity simultaneously when the switch terminal 22 is disengaged with a switch terminal 43.
