A magnetic device capable of optimising the combustion in the internal-combustion engines fed with liquid or gaseous fuel, comprising a plurality of stationary permanent magnets surrounding a pipe in which fuel from tank directed to the car engine flows, characterized in that said magnets are located in even number in succession at a close distance between one another and disposed so that their polarities are inverted with respect to those of the preceding magnet, and said pipe (T1) is partially located inside a cylindrical case (T3) having each end closed by a respective plug (Pl) and (P2) and communicating with a feeding pipe (T2) connected to tank (1), said feeding pipe (T2) being positioned at such a distance as to be subjected to the action of the magnetic fields of magnets (3) disposed on pipe (T1), said pipes being of non-magnetic material.
