<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymeric elastomer member capable of inhibiting the increase of resistance over time by turning on electricity, and obtaining an excellent image having a stable quality, a method for producing the same, a roller for a device of an electrophotography, and a process cartridge and the device of the electrophotography by using the same. <P>SOLUTION: This polymeric elastomer member consists of a matrix consisting of an ionic conductive elastomer and conductive fine powder and/or conductive fibers filled in the matrix, and is constituted with a polymeric elastomer member having a functional group capable of reacting with an isocyanate compound or being impregnated with the isocyanate compound, dispersing the impregnated isocyanate compound at the inside of the polymeric elastomer member as a particle-form and being impregnation-treated so as not to block the linkage of the conductive fine powder and/or conductive fibers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
