<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a method for a gel electrophoresis having a modifier concentration gradient, with which a DNA analysis is carried out even in variation of a modifier concentration in a gel plate and data are readily compared even between different gel plates and which has general purpose properties. <P>SOLUTION: The marker reagent kit for a gel electrophoresis having a modifier concentration gradient comprises a plurality of DNA pieces each to be modified at different modifier concentrations. When an examination is carried out by a method for a gel electrophoresis having a modifier concentration gradient, the marker reagent kit for a gel electrophoresis having a modifier concentration gradient is injected from one or more inlets (wells) and a marker indicating a relation between a position on a gel plate and a modifier concentration is displayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
