<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plumbing member having a hydrophilic property and nonslipping performance over the whole upper surface. <P>SOLUTION: An infinite number of main projections 2 are formed on the whole surface of a substantially upper surface 11 of the water section member 1, and the upper surface 11 is formed into a roughened surface having a hydrophilic property and nonslipping performance, and sub-projections 3 smaller than the main projections 2 are formed in infinite numbers on a surface of the main projections 2 and in a trough part between the main projections 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
