<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production schedule plan evaluating system for presenting an evaluated value which is quantified and evaluated with the same criterion of a time, for every evaluated item and evaluating a production schedule plan with a schedule plan evaluated value presented by the weighting addition of the evaluated items, and to provide a production schedule plan evaluating method, and a production schedule plan selecting method and a production schedule plan improvement evaluating method using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A production schedule plan evaluating part calculates the evaluated value which is quantified and evaluated with the same criterion of a time, for every evaluated item of a production schedule plan, calculates a weighted value for the evaluated value for each evaluated item, as an item evaluated value, and calculates the weighting addition of the evaluated values for the evaluated items of the production schedule plan, as a schedule plan evaluated value. It uses the item evaluated value and schedule plan evaluated value as indexes for evaluating production schedule plan.
