PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the situation of an information transmission path estimable under an environment for mobile receiving digital broadcast of OFDM system, and to enhance reception performance by controlling the receiving conditions based on the estimation results. SOLUTION: A delay profile creation circuit 9 creates a delay profile signal, and a ghost decision circuit 10 decides presence of ghost occurring when a mobile vehicle is traveling for that delay profile signal based on a transmission mode signal from a switch 8 and delivers the delay profile signal and a ghost presence decision signal to a window control circuit 13 through an accumulation section 11. The window control circuit 13 controls setting of FFT window position of the FFT circuit 5 based on a guard correlation signal from a guard correlation signal creating section 12 and a signal from the accumulation section 11.
