<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the deterioration in an illuminating lamp by image data on the illuminating lamp imaged by a camera. <P>SOLUTION: This illuminating lamp deterioration detecting device has the camera 1 for imaging the illuminating lamp, a totalizing means 32 for totalizing luminance of image data provided by the camera 1 with respective fields of an image signal, a comparing means 33 for comparing predetermined luminance data with luminance data provided by the totalizing means 32 at a present point, and a deterioration determining part 4 for determining that the illuminating lamp is deteriorated when the comparing means 33 detects that a difference is a predetermined value or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
