PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to surely see the inside of a heating chamber 1 through a door 2 even during cooking by preventing dew condensation on the door. SOLUTION: The door 2 of this heating cooker is constituted by sticking two sheets of transparent bases 2a, 2b. An air supply portion 4 is formed by supplying the air to a clearance 2d between the transparent bases 2a, 2b. The air supply portion 4 is composed of an air blower 11 and a duct 12. The duct 12 is mounted on, for example, an upper portion of the heating chamber 1. When the superheated steam is supplied to the heating chamber 1 by a heating medium supply portion 3 to heat and cook a cooked object 5, the air in the duct 12 is heated by exhaust heat from the heating chamber 1, and supplied inside of the door 2 by the air blower 11. Thus the temperature difference between the inside of the door 2 and the heating chamber 1 is reduced, and the dew condensation on the door 2 can be inhibited. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
