PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skylight flashing cut-off sheet having no adverse effect on environment, hardly causing creases, cuts, or the like when spreading or the like and having excellent re-sticking property. SOLUTION: The cut-off sheet 30 with one side part continuous with a flashing 20a of a skylight 10 and with the other side part stuck to roof tiles 21a, is provided with a metal plate and a butyl rubber layer with a thickness of 0.4-1.1 mm laminated on the metal plate to function as an adhesive to the roof tiles 21a.
