PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive control device for an elevator, for guiding passengers to smoothly get in an elevator from an elevator hall and get out of the elevator from the rear of a car, when the car is crowded. SOLUTION: When the elevator with the door 31 open is stopped, a load in the car 2 is within a predetermined range, a door-opening button 35 in the car is pressed, and a state with no reaction of a door sensor 32 is continued for a predetermined time, voice guidance gives passengers a message for moving from around a gateway of the car 2.
