ABSORPTION ACCELERATOR FOR ANTHOCYANIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorption accelerator for effectively absorbing anthocyanin in vivo and exhibiting a sufficient physiological activity.

SOLUTION: The absorption accelerator for the anthocyanin comprises phytic acid as an active ingredient. A method for accelerating the absorption of the anthocyanin comprises adding and using the phytic acid in the anthocyanin. An anthocyanin-containing composition contains the anthocyanin and the phytic acid and has absorption accelerating actions on the anthocyanin.
