摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of switch elements for switching measurement points in a voltage-measuring device for measuring individual voltage of a number of battery cells that are connected in series. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of batter cells C1-C9 that are connected in series are divided into each three battery cells, and a plurality of groups (stages) are set. An input circuit 10 in the voltage-measuring device has three input terminals and one grounding terminal for measuring the voltage. By switching photoMOS switches S1-S9 for each group, three input terminals and one grounding terminal are connected to battery cells C (C1-C3, C4-C6, C7-C9), and the voltage of the battery cell is measured by a scan system. In this case, the connection points among groups are connected to the input terminal or the ground of the input circuit 10 by common photoMOS switches S4, S5, thus dispensing with surplus photoMOS switches and reducing the number of switching elements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
