<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic chart pharmacotherapy instruction execution system instructing and executing every dosing unit of respective drugs and instructing and executing pharmacotherapy for every dosing unit and time unit, by the unitary management of data for every medicine dosing unit. <P>SOLUTION: An order execution input terminal 11 using a pharmacotherapy schedule table 11a created by a pharmacotherapy schedule table development program can input the order information of a plurality of types of pharmacotherapies such as prescription, injection, regimen, and transfusion, every dosing instruction by any pharmacotherapy and in every timing. An execution input can be performed every timing from the pharmacotherapy schedule table 11a.
