<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display system capable of displaying the information stored in a memory of an IC card in a display part of a mobile terminal device in a form understandable to a user by using a data conversion table used for converting data into a form recognizable to the user, and a table binding table, and an information display method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The data conversion table corresponding to the information of an IC card and the table binding table are used for displaying the information stored in a memory of an IC card in a display part of a mobile terminal device carried by a user in a form understandable to the user. The table binding table is used for determining the data conversion table corresponding to the information of an IC card, which is an object to be read.
