<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive hard-coat film having a high hard coating property, excellent transparency, and high adhesion to a base material and a low-refractive index layer. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive hard-coat film has a conductive hard-coat layer containing 10 to 90 parts by weight ionization radiation curing resin mainly composed of a polyfunctional monomer containing two or more (meth)acryloyl groups in one molecule, 10 to 50 parts by weight silane coupling agent containing an acrylic group or methacrylic group or vinyl group in the molecule and 10 to 50 parts by weight metal oxide particulates (4) on at least one side of the plastic base material film (1) subjected to hydrophilicizing treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
