<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifier for dehumidifying with excellent efficiency with a simple constitution having no circulation line, by using a heat pump and a moisture absorbing and releasing means. <P>SOLUTION: Air to be dehumidified 116 is heated by heat radiation of the heat pump 118 in a radiator 103, humidified by moisture releasing of the moisture absorbing and releasing means 119 in a moisture releasing part 121, cooled by heat absorption of the heat pump 118 in a heat absorbing part 105, and dehumidified by moisture absorption of the moisture absorbing and releasing means 119 at a moisture absorbing part 120, to enlarge a relative humidity difference between the air to be dehumidified 116 supplied to the moisture absorbing part 120 and the air to be dehumidified 116 supplied to the moisture releasing part 121, and to increase an amount of moisture absorbing and releasing of the moisture absorbing and releasing means 119 with the simple constitution having no circulation line 111.
