<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling method of glass substrate for color filter capable of effectively recycling a defective color filter produced in a manufacturing process of a color filter used for a liquid crystal display in a shorter time than heretofore and making a glass substrate effectively usable without disposing of the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for recycling the glass substrate 12 from the defective color filter 11 produced in the manufacturing process of the color filter 10, the glass substrate 12 is recycled by removing product material on the glass substrate 12 with acid while conveying the defective color filter 11 by using a conveying means 20 or temporarily stopping the filter 11. Upon the recycling, the product material can be removed from the surface of the glass substrate 12 by successively using a plurality of acids which are different in a concentration or a kind. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
