PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the detection accuracy of the rotational angle of a pinion shaft in a power steering device without increasing the cost. SOLUTION: A first rotational angle sensor 28 to detect the rotational angle of a first worm shaft 40 is provided on the first worm shaft 40, and a second rotational angle sensor 29 to detect the rotational angle of the first worm wheel is provided on the first worm wheel 25 to be engaged with the first worm shaft 40. The first worm shaft 40 is set to have n-teeth, and the first worm wheel 25 is set to the tooth number which is not a multiple of n.
