摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planetary gear device having a greater torque bias ratio and reducing variation of the torque bias ratio. SOLUTION: A carrier 2 is fixed to an opening portion at one end of a cylindrical device body 1. The carrier 2 has a plurality of storage holes 2d formed at equal spaces extending parallel to a rotational axis L. Each storage hole 2d rotatably stores a planetary gear 4. An internal gear 5 and a sun gear 9 mesh with the planetary gear 4 at one end and the other end, respectively. The planetary gear 4, the internal gear 5 and the sun gear 9 use torsional teeth. The phase of at least one of all planetary gears 4 meshing with the internal gear 5 and the sun gear 9 differentiates from the phase of the other planetary gears 4 meshing with the internal gear 5 and the sun gear 9.
