PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of a boot made of a thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPC) in a constant velocity joint. SOLUTION: Each boot 24 for triport-type constant velocity joints 10a, 10b is made of a TPC. The grease composition 26 sealed in the joint boot 24 contains a base oil, a thickening agent composed of a urea compound, a solid molybdenum dithiocarbamate and an alkali metal borate hydrate. The sulfur content in the liquid component of the grease composition 26 is≤0.6 mass% based on the total liquid component. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
