PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonreciprocal circuit element capable of causing no plastic deformation to assembling an upper case and a lower case, respectively, and configuring an interval between garnet ferrite and a permanent magnet with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The nonreciprocal circuit element is provided with: a center conductor assembly configured by arranging a plurality of center conductors to a ferrimagnetic body; the lower case of nearly a box shape for housing a plurality of capacitors for configuring a resonance circuit together with the center conductors; the permanent magnet for applying a DC magnetic field to the ferrimagnetic body, and the upper case for housing the permanent magnet, the lower case includes a magnetic yoke for configuring its lower face and two walls formed so as to stand upright from the lower face and opposed to each other; and a resin wall for configuring the two remaining walls, the upper case is formed to be nearly a box shape having an upper face and four walls, a slit consecutive in the height direction is formed to ridges of adjacent side faces, a resin part in the vicinity of corners of the lower case includes a resin pillar shaped part extended in the height direction, and the upper case is covered to the lower case by mating the resin pillar shaped part of the lower case with the slit part of the upper case.
