PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective lens driving device which is small-sized and suppresses vibration accompanying movement of a lens holder in all directions. SOLUTION: The objective lens driving device 20 is equipped with an objective lens 1 for projecting a light spot on an optical disk, a movable portion having a lens holder 2 holding the objective lens 1 and coils 3 and 4 fixed to the lens holder 2, a fixed portion having a yoke base 10 having a projection 11 and a magnet 9 fixedly installed on the projection portion 11, and a support portion 5 which is connected to the fixed portion and movable portion and can freely move the movable portion relatively to the fixed portion and has at least portions of the coils 3 and 4 arranged in a magnetic circuit formed of a magnet 9.
