PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical-mouse-corresponding mouse pad which can be formed with a color print surface of an arbitrary design without color restriction and without causing improper movement of an icon even on the color printing surface including red, yellow and green. SOLUTION: The optical mouse pad is characterized by a reverse side of a sheet of plastic film 7 on which an irregular surface 8 is formed by embossing the surface. About the invention of claim 2, the color print surface 5 is formed on a surface of a sheet 2 with a sheet of release paper 4 adhered on its reverse side via an adhesive agent layer 3 and the plastic film 7 with the irregular surface 8 formed by embossing the surface is integrally adhered on the color print surface 5 via an adhesive agent layer 6 formed on its reverse side.
