PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for stably estimating a motion parameter for a photograph system moving on a floor face and a computer-readable storage medium storing a program for implementing the observation system motion estimation method on a computer. SOLUTION: By this method and the device, a motion parameter of the photograph system moving on the floor face is stably estimated when the motion of a traveling observation system (self-propelling camera) is observed by observing a characteristic azimuth of a periphery 6 in different three positions.
