PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file transferring device which enables file transfer with simple composition with efficiency and without fail. SOLUTION: A system is comprised of a terminal device 200 (PC1 and PC2), a file transferring device 100 (MFP) which is connected to the terminal device 200 via a network 1 and a memory part 210 which has at least one common directory 212 which stores files transferred via the network 1 from the file transferring device 100. The file transferring device 100 includes a destination reception part 110 which receives destinations, a file acquiring part 104 which acquires files to be transferred, a transferring part 112 which transfers files to the destinations, a notification part 114 which notifies ending of transferring after file transferring. The terminal device 200 includes a notification reception part 220 which receives notification of the ending of transferring from the file transferring device 100 via the network 1 and a displaying part 222 which displays the notification on a pop-up window in receiving the notification.
