PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is not easy to search a desired destination if the number of registered addresses is large at the time of designating the destination for e-mail by use of a simple book. SOLUTION: This processor comprises a means storing attributes and transmitting destination histories of data transmitted in the past in pairs; a means sorting stored transmitting destinations with ordering by use of the attribute of data to be transmitted and the history of data stored in the histories storage means, a means presenting a sorted transmitting destination list that is outputted from the sorting means to a user; a means for selecting a transmitting destination of the data from the presented sorted transmitting destination list by the user; and a means transmitting the data to the selected destination.
