PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphic preparing device and a method for automatically arranging each graphic image at an expected part without requiring manual operation and efficiently and considerably improving graphic layout processing speed. SOLUTION: A superposition coefficient is assigned as attached data to each graphic image, and each corresponding graphic image is automatically arranged at the predetermined part on a screen based on each attached data by a layout data generating part 104.
