PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve stable operation by reducing biting of a transported article even if the air-tightness of a rotary feeder is improved. SOLUTION: A plurality of rotary blades 15 are provided radially around a rotating shaft 13. The plate-like blade members of the rotary blades are formed V-shaped by bending the member in the direction of the rotating shaft, and disposed with the open leg sides of the V-shape of the rotary blade directed toward the rotating direction 29 of the rotary feeder 17, whereby the transported articles are collected at the center of the V-shape to be strongly cut, so that biting can be reduced.
