PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator type conveying and delivery apparatus, inclining a table for placing a conveyed article to lower the carry-out conveying passage side as the conveyed article is moved to a position corresponding to the conveying passage, and elevating and conveying the carried-in conveyed article using the equipment having the minimum power to be carried out by its own weight. SOLUTION: In this elevator type conveying and delivery apparatus, the conveyed article supplied from a first conveying passage is supplied to a second conveying passage disposed at a lower position than the first conveying passage using a transfer table having a support guided to be lowered by a guide means and a placing part held on the support. The elevator type conveying and delivery apparatus includes: an inclined driving structure having a connecting member 24 rotatably connecting the support 22 and the placing part 21, an extensible slide lever 23 provided on the opposite side of the second conveying passage in the placing part, and a locking member 51 for fixing the slide lever at a higher position than the second conveying passage.
