PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a run-flat pneumatic tire having an enhanced run-flat life by improving the low heat generating characteristic and rupture strength in the led part of a support of the tire at a high temperature. SOLUTION: The run-flat pneumatic tire is constituted by assembling a ring-like support made of iron or a similar metal and capable of supporting the weight of the tire at the time of run-flat running to the interior of a pneumatic tire by fixing the legs provided to its two ends to a rim. Then the annular support is made of iron or a metal belonging to iron which can support a load at the time of run flat travelling. The legs of the support of the run-flat pneumatic tire are made of a rubber composite material containing modified natural rubber made by graft-polymerizing a natural rubber latex with a polar-group-containing monomer, and solidifying and drying it.
