摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a knob allowing enlargement of the allowable rotary torque transmitted to a shaft and capable of preventing looseness in the radial direction using a simple structure. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the knob for mounting the knob 10 on the shaft 1 by fitting a mounting hole 12 formed in the knob 10 on the shaft 1 is configured so that torque transmitting surfaces 4 and 15 for transmitting the rotational torque are formed on the peripheral surface of the end 2 of the shaft 1 and the hole surface 13 of the mounting hole 12 in the knob 10, respectively, and are furnished with inner side transmitting surfaces 4a and 15a extending approximately parallel in any diametric direction and outer side transmitting surfaces 4b and 15b extending outward along the radial line passing the outer extremities of the inner side transmitting surfaces 4a and 15a, and the hole surface 13 of the shaft 1 is furnished with a projection 5 to be deformed elastically inward from the hole surface 13 by a cavity 6 inside the shaft.
